Chateau Talaud - Rates & Reservation

Conditions and supplementing information

Rooms in the Chateau, on B&B basis
-	All rates are in euro, per room per night, including breakfast for 2 ;
-	Additional bed : 40 euro per night, including breakfast ;
-	Payment in cash or check (USD or Euro). Major credit cards as of 2 nights only. No American Express ;
-	Reservation by credit card guarantee required ;
-	From May 1 until October 30, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required ;
-	Reservations for one night can only be made 48 hours prior to arrival, depending availability. Cash or check payment only ;
-	Check in : from 16.00 hrs onwards / Check out : by noon ;
-	Cancellation policy : within 10 days prior to arrival, one night per room reserved is due, and non-refundable ;
-	Upon arrival, the entire stay is due and non-refundable. No refund for earlier departure.


Weekly Rentals
-	All rates are in euro, per week, starting on Saturday, excluding breakfast ;
-	Reservation by international check in USD or euro ;
-	Deposit of 50% at reservation, and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival ;
-	Cancellation policy : In case of cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival, the entire stay is due and non refundable ;
-	Check in : 17.00 hrs onwards / Check out : 10.00 hrs ;
-	For Petit Talaud Cottage, a minimum stay of 2 weeks is required for the months of July and August ;

General
-	All terraces are equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, etc.
-	All Rooms and Weekly Rentals are fully equipped with kingsize beds (180x200), luxurious and comfortable bathrooms, direct dial telephone, tv/satellite, view on vineyards ;
-	The parc has a historical swimmingpool/bassin on two levels, overlooking the vineyards ;
-	For reservations in the Chateau, we do have the pleasure to offer a bottle of Chateau Talaud 2001 red (with gold medal), for every reservation as of 4 nights ;
-	We advise you to buy the Michelin map 528, in order to be well-guided while exploring the Provence ;
-	Chateau Talaud is very centrally located, enabling you to visit the entire Provence, while having Chateau Talaud as a home basis for a longer period.
