• reservations for one night can only be made 96 hours prior to arrival, depending on availability ;

• for all weekly rentals, complimentary breakfast buffet the morning after arrival and on departure.

All rates are in euro, per week, excluding breakfast ;

• Reservation by international bank transfer in USD or euro ;

• Deposit of 50% at reservation, and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival ;

• Check in : 17.00 hrs onwards / Check out : 11.00 hrs ;

• For Petit Talaud Cottage, a minimum stay of 2 weeks is required for the months of July and August ;

General

• Breakfast Buffet will be served between 08.30 and 10.00 hrs ;

• All self catering units are equipped with garden furniture, Weber gaz grill, outside lighting ;

• All rooms and apartments units are equipped with kingsize beds (180x200), bathrooms with bath and shower, direct dial telephone, tv/satellite, airconditioning and wifi ;

• Château Talaud is very centrally located, which will enable you to visit all of Provence and its major sites and attractions, markets and wineries, towns and villages

• Closing months: December January and February.

Cancellation policy

General Cancellation Policy for all 5 château rooms as well as 3 self catering units

  • Your confirmation by credit card details and / or the payment of a deposit constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy ;
  • No-shows : full stay is due, will be charged to your credit card and is non-refundable;
  • In case of an earlier departure, all room nights reserved are due and non-refundable;
  • After check in, as of 16h00, the entire stay is due and non refundable ;
  • We strongly suggest you to have a travel insurance, covering any cancellation costs ;

Cancellation Policy for all 5 château rooms

In case of cancellation, by email or telephone only, please note the implied charges :

  • Within 2 weeks : 25 %
  • Within 1 week : 50 %
  • Within 3 days : 75 %
  • Within 24 hours : 100 %

Cancellation Policy for 3 self catering units

  • A deposit of 50% is due at reservation ;
  • In case of cancellation until 6 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed minus 25 % ;
  • In case of cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival, the entire stay is due and non refundable ;
  • In the exceptional case of one of the self catering units being reserved on a B&B basis, the château rooms cancellation policy will be applicable ;

Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings ( minimum of 3 rooms and/or self catering units)

  • A deposit of 50% is due at reservation ;
  • In case of cancellation until 6 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed minus 25 % ;
  • In case of cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival, the entire stay is due and non refundable ;
  • In case a single room within a group booking will be cancelled, the cancellation policy for all 5 chateau rooms will be applicable ;

Late Arrival

  • Our check-in time is as of 16h00 only, in order to guarantee a smooth arrival, and your hosts being available to welcome you to Château Talaud ;
  • We would appreciate you to notify us, by phone or by email, whenever you plan to arrive after 19h00;
